Listed Building Refurbishment

This project involved a change of use application from a shop to a new family home with a new rear extension to replace an old lean-to shed.

The interior had suffered from poor historical treatment and interventions so the decision was made to undertake a full historically correct refurbishment including lath and plaster work, new cornices and decorative features, while adding facilities suitable for modern family home.
