Formally three flats, the brief was to obtain planning permission for a reduction to two flats – one large 9 bedroomed flat (i.e. the main house) and one small 2 bedroomed flat (secondary accommodation) – all incorporating as much natural light as possible.
The main house proposals include a new basement with a swimming pool, lightwells and rooflights, side and rear extensions and extensive reception facilities. Planning permission has been received for these proposals.
