Refurbishment

We were asked to provide a new, naturally lit basement for this family house to provide leisure, gym, utility and parking areas, and to improve the quality of light and access to the garden in the main family areas. Our brief also includes the refurbishment of the rest of the house

A new rear extension ‘wing’ will balance up the current rear elevation and extend the main reception room. Contemporary ‘dual aspect’ glass extensions increase the size of the family/kitchen area and provide a strong link with new patio spaces.

Planning permission was received for the proposals and the construction has been completed.
