Our Clients approached us with a high profile corner site in the Redington Road/Frognal Conservation Area. We designed this building for them to respect the adjoining Victorian buildings, while the tower featured in the design acknowledges its important corner location.
We created four high quality flats of between 2,000 and 2,500 sq ft each, all of which include terraces, expansive living areas and bright, contemporary interiors. We incorporated a concealed flat-roof terrace in the penthouse to take advantage of the fine views over London.
