New Build Houses

We were asked to design four new houses to replace a 1960’s house on a site backing onto Golders Hill Park on the borders of Hampstead and Golders Green.
The support of councillors and local residents was necessary in order to obtain planning permission, so the development blends in with character and suburban feel of the quiet street, but with each house having it’s own particular identity. With fine views over Golders Hill Park, each house has three storeys and is deceptively large on the inside – averaging around 4,250 sq.ft.
The interiors break from the more traditional front elevations with the master bedrooms and large terraces to the rears.

We are delighted with our new home with its friendly, contemporary interiors. It’s bright and airy and I imagine it will be our family home for many years to come.

Many thanks to you Jeremy. Our house is beautiful – we are very happy here.
