New house designs
Over the past five years, the Partners have produced designs for 14 different houses across the Hamptons, USA – ranging in size from 6,000 to 12,000 sq ft for Compass Construction Corp.
Five acre sites across the area were subdivided and each half sold with a house design (plans, elevations and site layout). The most recent (Cheyne Wood) is for the director’s own home.
