Keats Grove, Hampstead, London NW3

Extension and conversion of Listed Building

We were approached by a client to explore the possibility of extending and converting this small but elegant listed building in the Hampstead Conservation Area to provide accommodation suitable for today’s lifestyle, whilst retaining the ambiance of this charming cottage.

We achieved this by designing a two-storey balancing side extension, and partly opening up the building’s interiors. The Client was delighted by the outcome!

Brod Wight dealt with the listed building issues raised by Camden with an insight and skill that we have not been fortunate enough to experience with previous architects.
