Our Clients purchased this attractive Arts and Crafts family house in Hampstead and asked us to investigate the potential afforded by the loft space discovered during the survey. The newly formed large single room loft extension is used as an entertainment space by the family, and is wonderfully light and airy.
The overall refurbishment also included the opening up of the ground floor, and the design of the rear elevation with large sliding doors and windows to bring light deep into the house.
